Custody of Funds

QNTX Solutions does not hold, receive, control, or custody client funds.

QNTX Solutions operates as a strategy and technology provider. Where applicable, regulated onboarding, brokerage arrangements, and the client account relationship are handled by the relevant third-party regulated partner, subject to jurisdiction, eligibility, and the applicable provider terms.

How Client Funds Are Held

Client funds remain in the client’s own brokerage account or with the relevant regulated partner. QNTX Solutions does not operate pooled client accounts and does not act as custodian of client assets.

Where brokerage infrastructure is required, this may be provided through Vantage or another relevant partner, depending on the service, jurisdiction, and client setup.

Account Ownership and Control

Clients retain ownership of their brokerage accounts, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brokerage or regulated partner. QNTX Solutions does not take possession of client funds and does not provide custody or safeguarding services in its own name.

Third-Party Provider Terms

Any custody, safeguarding, or client money arrangements are governed by the terms, policies, regulatory status, and applicable jurisdiction of the relevant third-party provider. Clients should review the documentation and disclosures provided by that provider carefully before proceeding.

Transparency

Where available, clients may receive account access, statements, confirmations, or monitoring tools through the relevant brokerage, regulated partner, or connected dashboard infrastructure. The availability and format of such information may depend on the provider and the service being used.

Important Notice

Nothing on this page should be interpreted as meaning that QNTX Solutions is the regulated custodian or holder of client funds. QNTX Solutions acts solely as a strategy and technology provider. Where applicable, regulated services and account arrangements are handled by the relevant third-party regulated partner.
